Bessel van der Kolk: The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma.
A highly respected Dutch psychiatrist, researcher writes about a whole new way of looking at how to heal trauma. Hundreds of peer reviewed studies have been written about the practices within this book. Very influential and helpful
