Going through times where we lack focus is common. Here are a few ways and a great interview that discusses lack of focus.
Turn off all communication devices and all social media. If needed try listening to mellow instrumental music, classical or jazz music can help. Instrumental can often be better as there’s less distraction than with lyrical content.
Binaural beats played lightly in the background can help with focus too. The main point is no distractions. Take a break every few hours to stretch, drink some water and then back to focusing on the subject.
